§ 305-69. Licensing of pedalcycles of residents.

A.
No person who resides in the Borough shall ride or propel a pedalcycle on any street, sidewalk or pedalcycle path in the Borough unless that pedalcycle has been licensed with the Borough according to provisions in this Article and a license plate is attached to the pedalcycle as provided in this Article.

B.
An owner of a pedalcycle shall ensure that all pedalcycles owned by him or her to be licensed with the Borough and that the license plate is properly attached to the correct pedalcycle. If a pedalcycle is owned by a person under the age of 18, the parent or guardian of that juvenile shall be responsible for ensuring that the provisions of this Article are fulfilled.
