§ 305-74. Replacement of lost or illegible license plates.

Holders of licenses shall promptly replace license plates which have been lost or which have become disfigured to such an extent as to be illegible. Replacement license plates shall be obtained from the Mayor or Chief of Police in the same manner provided in this Article for original plates, and an additional fee as established from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council shall be paid for the replacement.
